Sandra is a seasoned professional caterer, creating memories through custom-designed events that have blessed families and communities for 28 years.

Author of: Sandarella: Where Hope and Mercy Meet and Love on a PlateRecipes for Serving Love.  Reflecting the blessing is not in the food we serve but the love behind it and is a metaphor for keeping our families at the table. She has written 35 personal senior life stories; true stories of war, the Depression era, and of the greatest generation. “God blessed me with the opportunity to blend my passion for seniors and their voice in executing their life through the written word.”

Sandra is an accomplished public speaker, Certified Life Coach, and mother of three daughters who studies Social and Behavioral Science and lives in Northern California. She is a CASA Advocate Volunteer.  CASA is a Court Appointed Special Advocate helping a child navigate the difficulties of the juvenile court system; investigating and reporting back to the court about the needs of an individual child.
